One of the most common questions is whether I offer lighting, and the answer is yes, of course I do. Sometimes, the follow up conversation is about how many lights I bring to light up the place or the dance floor or the centerpieces. Let me take the time here to specify the difference between DJ lighting and other types.
DJ Lights
These are lights that are turned on during the dancing. They are colorful and rotate to the music to create a fun experience. This is something I bring.
Uplighting
These lights are placed throughout the venue on the floor and the light beams are faced upwards. These are usually rented by a lighting company. I do not offer uplighting.
Spot Lights
Spot lights are similar to uplighting, meaning there is a one-directional beam of light. Usually, spot lights are focused on areas in the venue like a centerpiece. These are usually rented by a lighting company. I do not offer spot lights.
