Music Selection
A good mix of music is key to keeping the crowd moving, and that’s exactly what I do. I play all the hits that will get your guests moving, and keep them moving.
Song Transitions
It’s essential to have a great collection of songs. However, it’s even more critical to be able to transition from one song to the next smoothly — and still keep the crowd dancing. Timing the Music
It’s something that many overlook, but it’s so very important. The right songs at the right time sparks a positive reaction from the dancers and keep the energy moving. Just because two songs are great on their own doesn’t mean that one should necessarily follow the other. I make sure to play songs one after another in a way that keeps the energy level high and keeps your guests dancing away.
Communication with Dancers
The dancers and the DJ are constantly communicating —non-verbally — throughout the event. An experienced professional knows how to read the crowd and adjust the music accordingly. I play close attention to your guests’ needs and always make the right adjustments to keep them dancing.
